Cleveland Community Squash is a US Squash Community Access Network affiliate program. As such, we offer activities at affordable rates, including access to leagues, lessons, clinics, and squash events. Squash players of all ages and skill levels can join and become members to enjoy the fun-filled environment led by our Director of Squash, Duncan Steele.
Our Mission
Cleveland Community Squash aims to provide access to the sport and lifelong engagement in squash to people spanning the entire socio-economic spectrum. CCS fosters lasting relationships across generations, genders, races and religions, and builds a strong community rooted in shared values.
In 2021, Urban Squash Cleveland joined the US Squash Community Affiliate Network, becoming the first member program in the Midwest and the fourth national member. Subsequently, USC launched Cleveland Community Squash (CCS) in the Spring of 2022, a membership-based program that supplements, supports and creates pathways of growth for USC’s team of student-athletes. CCS is a unique way for Cleveland’s squash players to play squash on the near west side, but also to spend time engaging with USC’s after-school programming through friendly matches with our student-athletes on the squash court, and building relationships off it.Â
