What a memorable weekend on and off the court for our 15 student-athletes who represented USC so well @squasheducation Team Nationals in Philadelphia! Our middle school squad made it all the way to the finals and returned home with some shiny new trophies. However, we also had a fascinating tour of @uofpenn, demonstrated great team spirit and camaraderie, played squash in our pajamas, had an impromptu pool party, celebrated Nour winning the SEA Academic Challenge, tried the crazy sport of racquets and of course crushed it on the court! What a day at Urban Squash Cleveland for the @ussquash Burning River Junior Bronze tournament that saw 35 participants throwing themselves into spirited competition with fantastic camaraderie on and off the court! We had players from Detroit, Toledo, Pittsburgh, DC, Denver, @1936csc @clevelandracquet @1890squash alongside 8 USC student-athletes! Well done to all the players with a particular shoutout to USC’s Ricky and Gabe who the BU17s and BU15s divisions respectively along with Gabby C and Levi who were the finalists in the GU13s and BU13s! #youthdevelopment #respecteffortparticipation #excellence #USC

@squashintheland 2025 provided a lifetime of memories for our student-athletes from hosting matches on our own glass court, acting as court attendants, asking post match interview questions, taking pictures, collecting autographs, attending clinics and just soaking in the spectacle of watching the incredible @psasquashtour players who dazzled the Cleveland community all week with their incredible skills. We are so grateful to everyone behind this amazing tournament who helped give our team members such an inspiring experience! USC is going places in 2025! During the first weekend alone, our student-athletes hit the courts in Detroit, played a high school squash match at University School, and competed against adults in our community squash tournament.
