Hours

The squash courts and locker rooms can be used daily by USC members, from 6:15am until 9:30pm. All persons must leave the facility by 10:00pm.

Entry

  • Members can use their key fob to enter the facility through the West 47th Street door.
  • Key fobs are for individual use and non-transferrable. Misuse of key fob will result in membership termination.
  • If key fobs are lost, notify us immediately. There is a $15 fee for a replacement fob.

Safety

  • A first aid kit and AED are located in the South facing drawer of the squash platform labeled “AED Inside”.
  • Please refrain from opening the door for unknown visitors.

Monday – Friday: 3:00 – 6:15      Variable Weekend Programming

Staffed Hours

Mon. – Fri.: 9:30am – 7:00pm   Sat. & Sun.: Variable

Members and Guests must use ClubLocker EVERY TIME they plan to be on our courts: for drop-ins, lessons, activities and match-play.

  • All 4 courts are available to members during the hours stated above, with the exception of USC Programming time.
  • If you need to borrow squash equipment, please notify a USC staff member in advance. This option is only available during staffed hours.

Rules

Shoes

Only non-marking squash shoes that haven’t been worn outside are allowed. No exceptions.

Access

Only access to the squash courts and locker rooms area is permitted.

Eyewear

Protective eyewear is required during all squash play.

Cell Phones

Cell phone usage is forbidden in the locker rooms.

Food & Drink

Food, drinks, and gum are prohibited on the squash courts.

Alcohol

Consumption of alcoholic beverages is forbidden, other than during specific USC events.

Emergency

In the event of an emergency, please contact a staff member or MetroHealth Police using the contact information posted by the courts.

Courtesy

When you leave, please ensure that the building is clean and tidy, and that all lights are turned off and the doors are locked.

Guest Policies

Guest Policies

  • Members must have their guest requests approved by a staff member at least 24 hours in advance of the intended time of play. Even if a guest has been approved to play once, they must receive approval from USC each time. All requests can be sent to [email protected].
  • No guests allowed during times when staff members aren’t present in the facility, unless specifically approved.
  • All Guests are required to sign the USC waiver and have their Guest Fee paid prior to using our courts.
